Unable to Report to Work. Bargaining Unit members who experience circumstances which prevent them from reporting to work on time will cause their attendance record to be charged appropriately on a half or whole-day basis as follows:

Unable to Report to Work. Twelve (12) Hour Shifts An employee scheduled to work a twelve (12) hour shift who is unable to report to such shift due to sickness or for other reasons shall make every effort to inform the employee’s immediate supervisor, or the immediate supervisor’s delegate, of the employee’s absence and the expected length of such absence as soon as possible and in no event later than one-half (½) hour after the scheduled commencement of the employee’s shift. As soon as the employee’s immediate supervisor, or the immediate supervisor’s delegate, is informed of the absence of such employee, the said supervisor or delegate will assign an available qualified employee to perform the work required from among available qualified employees at work in the Department.

  • Right to Review Tax Returns The Responsible Company with respect to any Tax Return shall make such Tax Return and related workpapers available for review by the other Company, if requested, to the extent (a) such Tax Return relates to Taxes for which the requesting party may be liable, (b) such Tax Return relates to Taxes for which the requesting party may be liable in whole or in part or for any additional Taxes owing as a result of adjustments to the amount of Taxes reported on such Tax Return, (c) such Tax Return relates to Taxes for which the requesting party may have a claim for Tax Benefits under this Agreement, or (d) the requesting party reasonably determines that it must inspect such Tax Return to confirm compliance with the terms of this Agreement. The Responsible Company shall make such Tax Return available for review as required under this paragraph at least thirty (30) days prior to the due date for filing such Tax Returns to provide the requesting party with a meaningful opportunity to analyze and comment on such Tax Returns and have such Tax Returns modified before filing. The Companies shall attempt in good faith to resolve any issues arising out of the review of such Tax Returns. Issues that cannot be resolved by the Companies shall be resolved in the manner set forth in Section 14; provided, however, that such Tax Return shall be timely filed in the manner prepared by the Responsible Company if the issues cannot be resolved prior to the time required by law (including extensions) for the filing of such Tax Return.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH EPA REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO GRANTS SUBGRANTS, COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS, AND CONTRACTS Contractor certifies compliance with all applicable standards, orders, regulations, and/or requirements issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act of 1970, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1857(h)), Section 508 of the Clean Water Act, as amended (13 U.S.C. 1368), Executive Order 117389 and Environmental Protection Agency Regulation, 40 CFR Part 15.

  • Notification of Breach / Compliance Reports The Adviser shall notify the Trust immediately upon detection of (i) any material failure to manage any Fund in accordance with its investment objectives and policies or any applicable law; or (ii) any material breach of any of the Funds’ or the Adviser’s policies, guidelines or procedures. The Adviser will promptly notify the Trust in the event (i) the Adviser is served or otherwise receives notice of any action, suit, proceeding, inquiry or investigation, at law or in equity, before or by any court, public board, or body, involving the affairs of the Trust (excluding class action suits in which a Fund is a member of the plaintiff class by reason of the Fund’s ownership of shares in the defendant) or the compliance by the Adviser with the federal or state securities laws or (ii) an actual change in control of the Adviser resulting in an “assignment” (as defined in the 0000 Xxx) has occurred or is otherwise proposed to occur.

  • Sales Reporting Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. By submitting this proposal, Vendor certifies that Vendor will properly report all TIPS sales. With the exception of TIPS Automated Vendors, who have signed an exclusive agreement with TIPS regarding reporting, all TIPS Sales must be reported to TIPS by either: (1) Emailing the purchase order or similar purchase document (with Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and the TIPS Contract Name and Number included) to TIPS at xxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx with “Confirmation Only” in the subject line of the email within three business days of Vendor’s acceptance of the order, or; (2) Within 3 business days of the order being accepted by Vendor, Vendor must login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and successfully self-report all necessary sale information within the Vendor Portal and confirm that it shows up accurately on your current Vendor Portal statement. No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.
