Tuition Benefit Program. Registered nurses may participate in OHSU’s Employee Tuition Benefit program, in accordance with the terms of that program, with regard to courses not offered at the School of Nursing. Eligibility requirements and benefits will be established by the Office of the Xxxxxxx. Information regarding these programs will be made available in the Human Resources Department.

Tuition Benefit Program. The University is encouraged to accommodate employees seeking to take courses under the tuition benefit program in accordance with University rules and regulations. The University shall provide the following Employee Education Program (“EEP”). The EEP is funded from limited existing University resources. Full-time employees may enroll for up to six (6) credit hours of instruction per term (Fall, Spring, or Summer) at the University without payment of tuition and fees. The University and PBA agree to discuss actively the benefit and fiscal impacts of reassignment of current tutition benefits to spouses and children.

Program definitions, detail, operation, eligibility requirements, and funding levels shall be as determined by the University and consistent with the requirements of Florida Statutes.

  • Educational Benefits a. A full-time employee may enroll for credit at the University for a maximum of two courses, or six credit hours, whichever is greater, in any one academic term with exemption from the payment of tuition and fees.

  • Vacation Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible for 20 vacation days annually, which shall be accrued and used in accordance with the applicable policies of the Company. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in such medical, dental and life insurance, retirement and other plans as the Company may have or establish from time to time on terms and conditions applicable to other senior executives of the Company generally. The foregoing, however, shall not be construed to require the Company to establish any such plans or to prevent the modification or termination of such plans once established.

  • Compensation Benefits In accordance with Section 142 of the State Finance Law, this contract shall be void and of no force and effect unless the Contractor shall provide and maintain coverage during the life of this contract for the benefit of such employees as are required to be covered by the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose. To the extent the Employee pays the cost of such coverage, and the cost of such coverage is not deductible as a medical expense by the Employee, the Company shall "gross-up" the amount of such reimbursement for all taxes payable by the Employee on the amount of such reimbursement and the amount of such gross-up.

  • Employee Benefit Programs During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs made available to the Company’s senior level executives.
