Employee Benefit Programs definition

Employee Benefit Programs means group life insurance, group health insurance, profit sharing plans, pension plan, employee stock subscription plans, workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, social security, disability benefits insurance and travel, savings or vacation plans.
Employee Benefit Programs means group life insurance, group disability insurance, group accident or health insurance, retirement plans, pension plans, deferred compensation plan, workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance, social security benefits, disability benefits, dependent care assistance plans, flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement accounts and health savings accounts, or any other similar employee benefit plan.
Employee Benefit Programs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.1(n).

Examples of Employee Benefit Programs in a sentence

  • Sellers shall take all necessary and appropriate action to ensure that New Employees will not continue to be active participants in the Employee Benefit Programs after the Closing Date.

  • Sellers will retain all of the Employee Benefit Programs, including all employee benefit plans and pension plans, and Buyer will not assume obligations under any such programs.
