Employee Benefit Programs means group life insurance, group health insurance, profit sharing plans, pension plan, employee stock subscription plans, workers' compensation, unemployment insurance, social security, disability benefits insurance and travel, savings or vacation plans.
Employee Benefit Programs means a program providing some or all of the following benefits to Employees, whether provided through a Cafeteria Plan or otherwise:
