Transfer of Custody. It shall be lawful and mandatory upon the warden or other official in charge of a penal or correctional institution in this state to give over the person of any inmate thereof whenever so required by the operation of the agreement on detainers. DCR shall maintain custody of all Products owned by Xxxx pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and shall be responsible for maintaining the insurance required of DCR pursuant to Section 15. DCR shall hold all Xxxx Inventory in the Included Locations solely as bailee. During the Term, neither DCR nor any of its Affiliates shall (and DCR shall not permit any of its Affiliates or any other person to) use any Xxxx Inventory for any purpose except as may be permitted by this Agreement. Solely in its capacity as bailee, DCR shall have custody of Xxxx Inventory from the time such Xxxx Inventory passes the inlet flange of the Tanks (including tanks at the Included Locations) until such time as such Xxxx Inventory passes the outlet flange of the Tanks (including tanks at the Included Locations).

Transfer of Custody. (a) Commencement of Custody by County. The Contract Agency's inmates shall be deemed transferred to the custody of the County when Corrections Officers from the Xxxxx County Sheriff's Office take physical control of an inmate. The County will not take such control of an inmate until the Contract Agency has delivered copies of all inmate records pertaining to the inmate's incarceration by the Contract Agency or its agent, including a copy or summary of each inmate's medical records held by the Contract Agency or its agent. If the County requests additional information, the parties shall mutually cooperate to obtain such information. In the absence of documentation and information satisfactory to the County, the receiving officer may refuse to accept the Contract Agency's inmate for confinement. Property shall be limited to the amount which can be stored in a grocery size bag. The Contract Agency's officers delivering an inmate to the transportation location shall be responsible for ensuring that all paperwork is in order and all property allowed to be transported with the inmate is properly packaged. Only when all paperwork and property are in order will the County take physical control and assume custody and responsibility for the Contract Agency's inmate for confinement.

The Transaction Entities shall maintain custody of all Products owned by Xxxx pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and shall be responsible for maintaining the insurance required of the Transaction Entities pursuant to Section 15. Each applicable Transaction Entity shall hold all Xxxx Inventory in the Included Locations solely as bailee. During the Term, neither any Transaction Entity nor any of its Affiliates shall (and each Transaction Entity shall not permit any of its Affiliates or any other person to) use any Xxxx Inventory for any purpose except as may be permitted by this Agreement. Solely in its capacity as bailee, each applicable Transaction Entity shall have custody of Xxxx Inventory from the time such Xxxx Inventory passes the inlet flange of the respective Tanks (including tanks at the Included Locations) until such time as such Xxxx Inventory passes the outlet flange of the respective Tanks (including tanks at the Included Locations).
Transfer of Custody. The releasing Party shall ensure that all classified information is adequately protected until custody of the information is trans- ferred to the recipient Party. The recipient Party shall ensure that all classified information of the other Party is adequately protected as soon as it has custody of the information released to it.
Transfer of Custody. The City shall provide or arrange for transportation and security of its inmates to and from the Jail for initial booking and to all court appearances held in its municipal court. Cities may contract with the County to provide custody and/or transportation services for outside court appearances, except when (a) the County determines, in its sole discretion, that emergency transportation is necessary in order to secure medical or health care and/or psychiatric evaluation or treatment, or (b) the County determines, in its sole discretion, that transportation is required to support the orderly operation of the Jail. When custody of a City Inmate is transferred to the County, the City Inmate shall be subject to all applicable rules, regulations, and standards governing the operation of the Jail, including any emergency security rules imposed by the Sheriff or his designee, subject to applicable law. For the purposes of this Agreement, "Custody" shall be defined as the point in time at which Jail staff accepts physical custody and control of an inmate. Any City law enforcement officer delivering an inmate to the Jail shall comply with all rules and regulations of the County Jail.
