Traffic Management and Road Safety. (Category 2) The State Road Funds to Local Government Advisory Committee will determine annually, the allocation for the Traffic Management and Road Safety component. Funds are provided for: ■ Road marking & Pavement Markers ■ Signing ■ Traffic Signals ■ Railway Crossings ■ Safety and Traffic Improvement Projects ■ State Black Spot Program – A summary of the guidelines relating to the administration of the State Black Spot Program are included in the State Road Funds to Local Government Procedures.

Traffic Management and Road Safety. When undertaking any maintenance or other activity, on or adjacent to the Project, adequate precautions shall be taken to protect the safety of both the general public and the Concessionaire’s employees and representatives. These precautions shall include, but not be limited to, the provision of adequate advance signage, the provision of appropriate traffic management systems on the approaches to the works area, and when appropriate, the provision of adequate illumination of all signage and traffic management systems. The layout of all such signage and of the traffic management systems themselves shall be in accordance with international standards.

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.
