  • Conducting Negotiations 5-2-1 The Association and the District agree that negotiations shall be guided by the following procedures, which may be modified at any time by mutual consent. 5-2-2 The parties agree to negotiate in good faith. Good faith is defined as an honest attempt to resolve issues, which arise during the negotiations process. Such ground rules mutually agreed upon shall assist in the orderly process for negotiations.

  • Good Faith Negotiations In case of any dispute arising out of this Agreement including any question regarding its interpretation, existence, validity or termination, each party will use its best efforts to resolve the dispute by good faith negotiation within a period of Thirty (30) Business Days following notification of the dispute.
