Time for Association President. The President of the Aberdeen Education Association shall be allowed to use the non-contract time throughout the school day and/or year as necessary to conduct Association and School District business. Advance notice to the affected building Principals will be given. The Association may arrange for up to .5 of the Association President’s contract to be release time for the conduct of Association business in the District. This release time shall be funded by the Association at the same salary and benefits as set forth in the President’s current contract. Time for Association President. The President of the Association will receive release time of 4 to 5 ILU’s per year for activities requested by the College President. The elected President of the RCCEA will perform duties on behalf of the faculty at Rogue Community College for the equivalent of 4 to 5 ILU’s per year for each year covered by the collective bargaining agreement in effect July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2017.

  • Managing Director 1. The Managing Director shall be appointed by the Board of Governors from among candidates having the nationality of an ESM Member, relevant international experience and a high level of competence in economic and financial matters.   • College President The "College President" is the Chief Executive Officer of the College.

  • Leave, President, O.N.A Upon application in writing by the Association on behalf of the nurse to the Hospital, a leave of absence shall be granted to such nurse elected to the office of President of the Ontario Nurses' Association for a period of up to three (3) consecutive two (2) year terms. Notwithstanding Article 10.04, there shall be no loss of service or seniority for a nurse during such leave of absence. During such leave of absence, the nurse's salary and applicable benefits shall be maintained by the Hospital and the Association agrees to reimburse the Hospital in the amount of the full cost of such salary and applicable benefits. It is understood, however, that during such leave the nurse shall be deemed to be an employee of the Ontario Nurses' Association. The nurse agrees to notify the Hospital of her or his intention to return to work at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of such return.

  • Vice President In the absence of the President or in the event of the President’s inability to act, the Vice President, if any (or in the event there be more than one Vice President, the Vice Presidents in the order designated by the Directors, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their election), shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President. The Vice Presidents, if any, shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board may from time to time prescribe.

  • The Vice-President The Vice President shall have such powers and perform such duties as the Member may from time to time prescribe or as the President may from time to time delegate to him or her. At the request of the President, the Vice President may temporarily act in place of the President. In the case of the death, absence, or inability to act of the President, the Member may designate the Vice President to perform the duties of the President.

  • Hospital-Association Committee (a) There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised of representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and of the Association, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.
