Time Devoted to Company. The Managers shall devote such time to Company business as they deem necessary to manage and supervise the business and affairs of the Company in an efficient manner; but nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the employment of any agent, third party or Affiliate to manage or provide other services with respect to the Company’s assets or business as the Managers shall determine.
Time Devoted to Company. The Managers shall devote to the Company’s affairs such time, on a non-exclusive basis, as each of the Managers, in their individual reasonable discretion, shall deem appropriate. EXHIBIT 2 to Offering Circular/Opening Night Enterprises, LLC/Operating Agreement 29
Time Devoted to Company. Consultant agrees to devote the time necessary to perform the Services under this Agreement. Consultant certifies that Consultant has no outstanding agreement or obligation that is in conflict with any of the provisions of this Agreement, or that would preclude Consultant from complying with the provisions hereof. Consultant is allowed to assume duties with other companies so long as they are not in direct competition with the Company and the confidentiality of the Company is protected.
Time Devoted to Company. The Managers will be under a fiduciary duty to conduct the affairs of the Company in the best interests of the Company and of the Members, including the safekeeping and use of all Company Property and the use thereof for the exclusive benefit of the Company, and shall devote reasonable time to that end.
Time Devoted to Company. The Manager shall devote such time to the conduct of the business of the Company as is reasonable and necessary. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit in any manner the right of the Manager to carry on separate, additional businesses or activities, as long as such businesses or activities do not interfere unreasonably with the conduct of the Company’s business and activities.
Time Devoted to Company. No Stockholder as a Stockholder be required to devote its full time and attention to the business and activities of the Company as a Stockholder, but each Stockholder shall devote such time as is reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this Agreement.
Time Devoted to Company. The Manager shall devote so much of its time to the business of the Company as in its reasonable judgment the conduct of the Company's business reasonably requires.
Time Devoted to Company. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx shall spend approximately sixty (60) hours a month on Company business in his capacity as Chairman.
Time Devoted to Company. The Members shall devote such time to Limited as is reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this LLC Agreement. The officers of Limited may be full-time employees of Limited, but shall devote such time to Limited as is reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this LLC Agreement.
Time Devoted to Company. Except as otherwise provided herein, Employee agrees to devote Employee's full working time and attention to the Company. While employed by the Company, Employee shall not directly or indirectly engage in any activity competitive with or adverse to the Company's business, whether alone, as a partner, as an officer, director, or shareholder of any class of capital stock of any other corporation (except as the holder of less than 1% of the issued and outstanding shares of a publicly held corporation), or as an employee, agent, consultant, member, manager, trustee, fiduciary, or other representative of any other entity, except with the Company's express written consent. Expenditures of reasonable amounts of time for charitable, educational, or professional activities and personal business shall not be deemed a breach hereof, provided that those activities are not competitive with the business of the Company and do not interfere with Employee's performance hereunder.
