THE STRUCTURE. 1) The QBuild Foreperson Classification structure comprises of four classification levels, with the fourth level being a temporary level. Each classification level is based on differing levels of job complexity and responsibility and will be filled according to merit. 2) Classification levels CFP1, CFP2 and CFP3 will contain four incremental pay points. Progression through these incremental levels will be based on satisfactory service for the previous twelve month period. 3) The CFP4 classification will only have one pay point and will only be available on a temporary project basis. This classification level has been included to cater for projects where permanent or temporary 6+ are requested to undertake duties above the CFP3 classification.
