The Corporation through the Human Resources. Department shall notify the employee of recall opportunity by registered mail, addressed to the last address on record with the Corporation (which notification shall be deemed to be received on the 4th day following the date of mailing), with a copy to the office of CUPE Local 1263. The notification shall state the job to which the employee is eligible to be recalled and the date and time at which the employee shall report to work. The employee is solely responsible for her proper address being on record with the Corporation and through written notification of her availability to work.
