The Company Grievance Committee. shall meet with Union Representatives in an attempt to resolve the grievance, and shall furnish the Union within 30 days of receipt of the notice of the intention to appeal, with a written statement of the resultant grievance settlement, or, if no settlement has been achieved, of the Company's final position.
