Termination of Agreement and Service. You may cancel this Agreement and terminate the service at any time by withdrawing your consent under paragraph 3(b) of this Agreement. The Credit Union may terminate this Agreement or the Service at any time by giving you 30 days’ notice in writing or electronically. Termination of this Agreement and/or the services will not affect obligations to the Credit Union that are outstanding as of the date of termination.

The Credit Union may terminate its Service and this Agreement and Disclosure at any time by giving you advance notification, in writing. Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement and Disclosure, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement and Disclosure.
Termination of Agreement and Service. You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive electronic statements. You may do so by using Online Banking or contacting the credit union at 800.259.2471. There is no fee for opting out of Electronic Statements; but if you have Online Banking access and receive paper statement there will be a monthly fee. Please refer to our fee schedule.
