You may cancel this Agreement and terminate your Online Banking Services with the Credit Union at any time by notifying the Credit Union either orally, in writing, or via the “Discontinue Account” option of the eStatement web page and discontinue use of the Online Banking Services. The Credit Union may terminate its Online Banking Services and this Agreement and Disclosure at any time by giving you advance notification via email.

Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement and Disclosure, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement and Disclosure.
