Term of Members. The term of office for Members of the Committee will be until the end of the term of the Settlement Agreement, eighteen (18) years, unless and until a Member withdraws or resigns from the Committee.

If a member is the sole member at the time his or her membership ends, that member must elect a successor member or the Company will be dissolved in accordance with Article 10.

Each voting member of a Principal Committee shall hold office until either (a) such member is replaced by the Participant or group of Participants which appointed the member, or (b) the appointing Participant ceases to be a Participant, or (c) the appointing Participant (or its Related Person) is no longer eligible to be in the Sector to which it belongs, but is eligible to join a different Sector. Replacement of a member shall be effected by delivery by a Participant or group of Participants of written notice of such replacement to the Secretary of the appropriate Committee.
