Use of Mailboxes. In locations where ASEs have mailboxes the UAW may reasonably use such boxes in accordance with campus procedures in effect at the time of the use.
Use of Mailboxes. In locations where Postdoctoral Scholars have mailboxes, the UAW may reasonably use such boxes in accordance with campus procedures in effect at the time of the use.
Use of Mailboxes. The Association shall have the privilege to use the school mail boxes located at the Education Center and the teacher mail boxes located in the schools for the purpose of communication to teachers.
Use of Mailboxes. In locations where employee mailboxes exist, the UC-AFT may reasonably use such boxes in accordance with existing campus procedures.
Use of Mailboxes. The Association shall have the right to place notices, circulars and other materials in employees’ mailboxes.
Use of Mailboxes. TAAAC shall have the privilege of placing in Unit I members’ mailboxes its official publications and those of MSTA and NEA, and other materials bearing the signature of the executive director or the president of one of these associations.
Use of Mailboxes. The Council shall have the right to communicate with its membership through use of faculty mailboxes only so long as such communication does not interfere in any manner with the operation of the District's educational programs. Use of the District’s email system shall be governed by District Policy.
Use of Mailboxes. The Association may use the District’s Certified Staff mailboxes for dissemination of information pertaining to the Association’s routine business matters. Such matters might include local, state, and national newsletters and information pieces, notices of meetings, notices of recreational and social activities, surveys, elections and election results, or other routine matters. Distribution of materials other than as described above shall first be cleared through the Superintendent or his/her designee consistent with the District’s practice concerning use of mailboxes for distribution of material generally.
Use of Mailboxes. The Association shall have the right to use the district courier service and to place newsletters and notices in teacher's mailboxes if the material is neither libelous or demeaning to identifiable school employees, the school district, the board of education, or individual board of education members. The Association building representative shall be responsible for the placing of such materials and the content thereof.
Use of Mailboxes. Association member organizations shall have free access to and use of mailboxes. Such use shall be in accordance with the guidelines set forth in Schedule “F” of the teachers’ contract.
