Appropriate Committee definition

Appropriate Committee means the Committee or Sub-Committee to which the power of making the contract has been delegated.
Appropriate Committee means the Management and Compensation Committee or, in the case of Participants who are Reporting Persons, the Board Committee.

Appropriate Committee means the committee or sub-committee to which the power to make the contract has been delegated;
