Master Keys Sample Clauses

The "Master Keys" clause defines the rights and responsibilities regarding the possession, use, and control of master keys for a property or facility. Typically, this clause specifies who is authorized to hold master keys, outlines procedures for their distribution and return, and may address security measures such as record-keeping or reporting lost keys. Its core practical function is to ensure security and accountability by clearly designating control over access to all areas covered by the master keys, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized entry or loss.
