PHASE is a distinct portion of the Work to be provided under this Agreement, as specified in the Statement Of Work.
PHASE. A discretely distinguishable step necessary to produce the Project in the course of the Professional providing study, design and construction administration services. PRIME PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACTOR/PROFESSIONAL: An individual, firm, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity who is legally permitted by law to sign and seal final design construction Contract Documents and licensed under the State of Michigan’s professional licensing and regulation provisions of the Occupational Code (State Licensing Law), Act 299 of the Public Acts of 1980, Article 20, as amended, to practice architecture, engineering, environmental engineering, geology, civil, land surveying, or landscape architecture services in the State of Michigan. The Prime Professional Services Contractor/Professional is also legally permitted by the State of Michigan’s regulation provisions of the State Construction Code, Act 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, and designated in a Construction Contract by the Department to recommend construction progress payments to the Construction Contractor. PROJECT: Any new construction, existing site, new utilities, existing building renovation, roof repairs and/or removal and replacement, additions, alteration, repair, installation, construction quality control and material testing services, painting, decorating, demolition, conditioning, reconditioning or improvement of public buildings, works, bridges, highways or roads authorized by the Department that requires professional study/design services as part of this Contract.
PHASE. Phase means any individual Phase of the Project, as more particularly described in the definition of Project.
PHASE. A designated subdivision of the Work, usually with its own requirements for Substantial and Final Completion, and liquidated damages. A Phase may be designated for completion by the Owner's own forces, or by another Owner Contractor.
PHASE. III Initiation shall mean the date when a Licensed Product is first administered to a patient for a Phase III Clinical Trial in the Territory.
PHASE. 2 will be completed after successful demonstration of the integration of the RT system with the MRI system. The completion of PHASE 2 will be documented in a joint review meeting by both PARTIES, based upon a review if the validation tests fulfilled all the specifications as described in Article 2.1 as well as the mutually agreed changes to the specifications of the mobile [***] MRI system due to the combined use with the RT system components.

PHASE. During the bid phase, the Construction Administrator shall:
PHASE. A clearly defined subset of work isolated for the purpose of expediting the entire Project to completion. The sum of all Phases is equal to the Scope of Work of the Project.
