Temporary Runs. (a) Any bargaining member unit driver/ bargaining unit aide who is bumped off or has their temporary run eliminated will have the right to bump a less senior bargaining unit driver/ bargaining unit aide off their temporary run.

Temporary Runs. A temporary run is a student/a group of students that needs special transportation such as medical, behavioral, RISE, MKV Homeless, or academic need. These runs do not have scheduled end dates and may or may not end at any time. When they do end, the time does not remain on the driver’s schedule, but is removed.

  • Temporary Roads As necessary to attain stabilization of roadbed and fill slopes of Temporary Roads, Purchaser shall employ such measures as out- sloping, drainage dips, and water-spreading ditches.
