Team Growth Activities. These activities are often designed to reduce the isolation of the classroom teacher. The District and FCEA encourage professional collaboration as a valuable professional growth tool for all employees. Examples of activities in this category include, but are not limited to: • Formative coaching using the CSTP’s • Videotaping lessons with peer review • Inter-disciplinary (grade levels and/or subject areas) teams • Peer classroom visitations • Collaborative teaching • Team teacher created projects • Presentations to other staff
