Common use of Teachers on Clause in Contracts

Special Assignment shall work the same contractual day and year as a regular teacher and be paid the same as a regular teacher according to the salary schedule in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. A TOSA may be paid a per diem rate for up to an additional five (5) days per year beyond the regular contractual year and may be scheduled for five (5) flex days during the year.
