Teacher. The term “
Teacher. 1. Illness or medical disabilities including the period of time that a doctor certifies a female teacher is unable to work because of pregnancy; 2. Medical or dental care; 3. Exposure to a contagious disease so that their attendance on duty may endanger the health of other teachers or the public.
Teacher. “Teacher” shall mean all persons in the appropriate unit employed by the District in a position for which the person must be licensed by the State of Minnesota, but shall not include the superintendent and any other licensed administrators who devote more than fifty (50%) percent of their time to administrative or supervisory duties, confidential employees, supervisory employees, essential employees, and such other employees as excluded by law.
Teacher. All “professional employees” (except administrators) employed in a position requiring a certificate issued by the State Board of Education.
