TEACHER-ADMINISTRATION COMMUNICATION. A. 1. The Association will select a Communication Committee for each school building or faculty unit no later than two (2) weeks after the start of school which will meet with the Principal or his/her designee at a minimum of once a month during the regular school year to review and discuss local school problems and practices. A tentative schedule of meetings will be submitted to the Superintendent and President of the JCEA by September 30 of each school year. A written report of each monthly meeting will be submitted to the JCEA President and the Superintendent. The committee shall consist of not more than one (1) member for every ten (10) teachers in the school building or faculty unit, but will in no event have less than three (3) members.

TEACHER-ADMINISTRATION COMMUNICATION. 1. Said Committee will consist of not more than one (1) member for every ten (10) teachers in the school building or faculty unit, but will in no event have fewer than three (3) members. The Communication Committee will have the right to schedule faculty meetings before and after school or at such times which do not disrupt the normal school programs.

  • Agreement Administration and Communications A. Under this Agreement, either of the representatives of the Judicial Council identified below will monitor the Work and act as the Judicial Council’s liaisons with the Contractor:

  • Union Communication In the event of a violation of the no-strike provision, the Union will: • Publicly disavow such action by the Bargaining Unit Employees; • Notify the Bargaining Unit Employees of its disapproval of such action and instruct such Bargaining Unit Employees to cease such action and return to work immediately; and • Post notices on Union bulletin boards advising that it disapproves of such action and instructing Bargaining Unit Employees to return to work immediately.

  • Union Communications (a) The Employer will provide a bulletin board for the exclusive use of the Union. The sites will be determined by mutual agreement. The use of the bulletin boards is restricted to the affairs of the Union.

  • Association Communications The Association will have the right to place official notices, circulars and other professional materials in teachers' mailboxes.

  • General Communications The type of communications described and defined in Article 5.6 herein.

  • Services Communications Our Services include, in some cases, the ability to communicate to you, such as via email, text message, and push notifications. You hereby consent to our use of a l means of communication available to us to contact you. These communications may include messages from us, as we l as communications from Third Party Services and other of our third party partners.   • Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

  • Hazard Communication Contractor will notify University prior to using products containing hazardous chemicals to which University employees may be exposed. Products containing hazardous chemicals are those products defined by Oregon Administrative Rules, Chapter 437. Upon University's request, Contractor will immediately provide Material Safety Data Sheets, as required by OAR Chapter 437, for the products subject to this provision.

  • WAGE ADMINISTRATION The rules governing salary treatment further to a revision or reclassification shall be the following: • if the occupation is downgraded the employee will benefit from wage protection (for clarity, the employee’s rate of pay prior to the downgrade) for the duration of the Collective Agreement and will be entitled annually to a $750.00 lump sum in lieu of a bargained increase as described in Attachment C of the Collective Agreement until the top salary rate for her salary group exceeds her current rate. • if the occupation is upgraded the pay adjustment will be effective from the date of the request.
