SURRENDER AT TERMINATION. Upon termination of this Lease, or upon termination of Lessee's tenancy, whether by the lapse of time or otherwise, Lessee shall surrender the leased premises to Lessor, maintained in the manner herein required. If Lessee retains possession of the leased premises or any part thereof after the termination of this Lease or upon termination of Lessee's tenancy, whether terminated by lapse of time or otherwise, then pursuant to holdover remedies provided for by law, Lessor may charge Lessee twice the rental value apportioned on a daily basis for the time that Lessee remains in possession of the leased premises. The provisions of this paragraph do not exclude Lessor's rights of re-entry or any other rights or remedies provided or allowed by law herein.

SURRENDER AT TERMINATION. Upon termination of this Lease, whether by the lapse of time or otherwise, Xxxxxx shall surrender the Leased Premises to Agent, maintained in the manner herein required. If Tenant retains possession of the Leased Premises or any part thereof after the termination of this Lease, whether terminated by lapse of time or otherwise, then in addition to its other rights and remedies provided by law, Agent may treat such retention of possession as constituting a renewal of this Lease, and so bind Tenant, on a month-to-month basis on the same terms and conditions as expressed herein, except that the monthly rent shall automatically be increased to twice the rent in effect for the month immediately preceding the commencement of the holding over. The provisions of this paragraph do not exclude Agent’s rights of re-entry or any other rights or remedies provided or allowed by law herein.
SURRENDER AT TERMINATION. At the termination of this Lease for any reason, Tenant shall quietly and peaceably surrender possession of the Premises (and any improvements located thereon) to Landlord, maintained as herein provided and free of any and all claims thereto by Tenant or any party holding under Tenant.

Any of Lessee's trade fixture's and or personal property not removed at the expiration or other termination of this Lease (or within seventy two (72) hours after a termination by reason of Lessee's default may be appropriated, sold, destroyed or otherwise disposed of by Lessor without notice or obligation to compensate Lessee or to account for such disposition, Lessee shall pay to Lessor all costs incurred by Lessor in connection therewith. Lessee's obligations under this section shall survive expiration or other termination of this Lease.

SURRENDER AT TERMINATION. On the termination of this lease agreement or an earlier termination and forfeiture of the lease, Lessee shall peaceably and quietly surrender and deliver possession of the premises to Lessor.
SURRENDER AT TERMINATION. Upon the expiration of this Contract the Service Provider agrees to return to the Department all of the Properties, including all replacements thereof and additions thereto made after commencement of this Contract, in good condition as hereinabove provided. Property of the Service Provider must be removed from the premises within ten days after such termination, provided all payments due from the Service Provider to the Department have been paid in full. Any property of the Service Provider not removed within said period shall become and remain the property of the Department or at the election of the Department, such property may be removed and disposed of by the Department, and the Service Provider shall reimburse the Department for any and all removal and disposal costs associated therewith. The Department is not required to offset Service Provider's debts to the Department, if any, by the estimated value of such property. The Service Provider shall provide to the Department all records, files, and correspondence necessary to the continuity of operation of the Properties as determined by the Department. At whatever time this Contract is terminated, advance deposits less the balance of the guest ledger held by the Service Provider, shall be turned over to the Department .
