Common use of Surrender at Termination Clause in Contracts

Surrender at Termination. At the termination of this Lease for any reason, the Lessee shall quietly and peaceably surrender possession of the Leased Premises (and any improvements located thereon) to the Lessor, maintained as herein provided and free of any and all claims thereto by the Lessee or any party holding under the Lessee.

Surrender at Termination.
