Supplementary Pension Plan. In no event will any monthly pension to which Executive is entitled under the SPP commence payment prior to the two-year anniversary of Executive’s separation from service, except that on or after the date executive attains 65 years of age, upon a separation from service for any reason, the monthly pension shall be payable at the time and in the form set forth under the terms of the SPP.

Supplementary Pension Plan. Society represented members of the ESA Pension Plan, whose pension income as a pensioner will exceed the limits prescribed by the Income Tax Act (ITA) for pension paid from a registered pension plan, are eligible for the Supplementary Payment Schedule (SPS). The SPS tops up the amount one receives from the ESA registered pension plan to the amount one would receive if there were no ITA limits.
Supplementary Pension Plan. (a) Effective as of the close of December 31, 2018, the BHGE Entities shall cease to be participating companies in the GE Supplementary Pension Plan (to the extent that any such BHGE Entity was a participating company theretofore).
