GE Supplementary Pension Plan definition

GE Supplementary Pension Plan means the unfunded, nonqualified deferred compensation plan by such name that is maintained for the benefit of certain current and former executives of GE and its Affiliates. The GE Supplementary Pension Plan includes two components, known as “Supplementary Pension Annuity Benefits” and “Executive Retirement Installment Benefits”.
GE Supplementary Pension Plan means, on and after January 1, 2023, the GE Energy Supplementary Pension Plan. For periods before January 1, 2023, it means the GE Supplementary Pension Plan, as then in effect.
GE Supplementary Pension Plan means the GE Supplementary Pension Plan, as amended and renamed from time to time.

  • Foreign Pension Plan means any plan, fund (including, without limitation, any superannuation fund) or other similar program established or maintained outside the United States of America by the Borrower or any one or more of its Subsidiaries primarily for the benefit of employees of the Borrower or such Subsidiaries residing outside the United States of America, which plan, fund or other similar program provides, or results in, retirement income, a deferral of income in contemplation of retirement or payments to be made upon termination of employment, and which plan is not subject to ERISA or the Code.

  • Canadian Benefit Plan means any plan, fund, program or policy, whether oral or written, formal or informal, funded or unfunded, insured or uninsured, providing employee benefits, including medical, hospital care, dental, sickness, accident, disability, life insurance, pension, retirement or savings benefits, under which any Loan Party has any liability with respect to any of its employees or former employees employed in Canada, and includes any Canadian Pension Plan.

  • Actuarial opinion means the opinion of an appointed actuary regarding the adequacy of the reserves and related actuarial items based on an asset adequacy analysis in accordance with subrule 5.34(6) and with applicable actuarial standards.

  • Disability Support Pension means the Commonwealth pension scheme to provide income security for persons with a disability as provided under the Social Security Act 1991, as amended from time to time, or any successor to that scheme.

  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI) means a program available to certain aged and disabled persons that is administered by the Social Security Administration through the Social Security office.

  • Canadian Benefit Plans means all material employee benefit plans of any nature or kind whatsoever that are not Canadian Pension Plans and are maintained or contributed to by any Credit Party having employees in Canada.
