Supplementary Long Service Vacation. (SALARIED EMPLOYEES) Salaried employees upon completion of 10 consecutive years or combination of consecutive and bridged service shall be granted one additional week of vacation entitlement on a one-time, non-recurring basis. This week must be taken within three (3) subsequent employment years.
Supplementary Long Service Vacation. (Salaried Employees), provided the time between periods of employment with the Employer did not exceed twelve (12) months. This provision shall apply only once to any employee.
Supplementary Long Service Vacation. An Employee shall accrue five (5) additional working days of vacation entitlement on a non-recurring basis upon completion of eight (8) consecutive years' service.

  • Supplementary Vacation The supplementary vacations as set out below are to be banked on the outlined supplementary vacation employment anniversary date and taken at the employee’s option at any time subsequent to the current supplementary vacation employment anniversary date but prior to the next supplementary vacation employment anniversary date.

  • Supplementary Labour (a) If the Employer wishes to engage supplementary labour to perform work performed by its Employees under this Agreement, the Employer must first consult in good faith with the affected Employees.

  • Benefits; Vacation Employee shall be eligible to receive all benefits as are available to similarly situated employees of Employer generally, and any other benefits that Employer may, in its sole discretion, elect to grant to Employee from time to time. In addition, Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation per year, which shall be pro-rated for the first partial year of employment and shall accrue in accordance with Employer’s policies applicable to similarly situated employees of Employer.

  • Annual Vacation Employee shall be entitled to twenty (20) business days of paid vacation during each year of this Agreement. Employee may be absent from his employment for vacation at such times as are pre-approved by the Employer’s Chief Executive Officer. Unused vacation shall not be carried over into the next year, and will not be paid in the form of cash.

  • Managers Compensation Any or all Managers may receive such reasonable compensation for their services, whether in the form of salary or otherwise, with expenses, if any, as the Board of Managers may from time to time determine.

  • Vacation; Sick Leave During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executives.

  • ANNUAL VACATIONS Paid annual vacation for all employees covered by this Agreement shall be allowed as follows:

  • Vacation and Sick Leave Administration (a) for the purposes of administration of clauses 34.11 and 34.12, where an employee does not work the same number of hours each week, the normal workweek shall be the weekly average calculated on a monthly basis.

  • Supplementary Card a card which is issued by the Bank to the client and/or other person nominated by the client and which is linked to the existing card account of the client;

  • Vacations and Sick Leave The Executive shall be entitled to paid annual vacation leave in accordance with the policies as established from time to time by the Board of Directors, which shall in no event be less than four weeks per annum. The Executive shall also be entitled to an annual sick leave benefit as established by the Board for senior management employees of the Bank. The Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the Bank for failure to take a vacation or sick leave, nor shall he be able to accumulate unused vacation or sick leave from one year to the next; provided, however, such Executive may carry forward from year to year a maximum of ten days of unused vacation leave.
