SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT PAY. Pay for performing supplemental duties in lieu of a teacher shall be at the teacher pay rate. The employee shall have the option to be paid in full at the end of the activity or to be paid in equal installments with each payroll beginning with the second full pay period after the contract is signed. Payment in full shall be in the next pay period paycheck at the end of the activity in a separate check. The withholding tax rate shall be at the federally mandated rate for all supplemental pay. Employees may be required to report actual hours worked in such positions. Supplemental contracts will be sent via email to all WECP members if a position has not been filled by a WETA member.
