SUBJECT MATTER OF THE. AGREEMENT 1.1 The institution shall provide support to the participant for undertaking a mobility activity for training under the Erasmus+ Programme. 1.2 The participant accepts the financial support or the provision of services as specified in article 3 and undertakes to carry out the mobility activity for training as described in Annex I. 1.3. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE. Contract 1.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer title to the liquid packaged Products produced and/or purchased by the Seller (hereinafter the “Products”) to the Buyer in accordance with the procedure and conditions set forth in this Contract and the Appendices hereto, incorporated in and made part of this Contract, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Products in the quantity, range, at prices and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract and the Appendices hereto. 1.2.   • ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SURVIVAL OF WARRANTIES 10.1 The Trust on behalf of the Acquired Fund and the Acquiring Trust on behalf of the Acquiring Fund agree that neither party has made any representation, warranty or covenant not set forth herein and that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
