Stopping Electronic Fund Transfers a. If you have scheduled a one-time Electronic Fund Transfer or a preauthorized or recurring Electronic Fund Transfer through the Bank, you can stop any of these transfers if we receive your request in time. If you schedule a future transfer (not a same-day transfer) through Online Banking (as defined in section “XII. Online Banking”), you may cancel the transfer by calling our Customer Support at 1-844-994-BANK (2265) no later than three (3) Business Days before the transfer was scheduled. Written requests must be sent to WebBank, Attn: Deposit Operations, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxx 00000, and must be received within fourteen (14) days after you call. If you order us to stop a payment three (3) Business Days or more before the transfer is scheduled and we do not do so, we will be liable for the losses or damages.

Stopping Electronic Fund Transfers. If you have scheduled a recurring debit EFT (also known as a preauthorized transfer), you can stop these transfers by emailing us at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx in time for us to receive your request at least three Business Days before the transfer is scheduled to be made. We will be liable for your losses or damages if we fail to stop a preauthorized transfer requested at least three Business Days before the transfer is scheduled.

If you tell us within 2 Business Days after you learn of the loss or theft of your Credentials, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your Credentials without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within 2 Business Days after you learn of the loss or theft of your Credentials, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from using your Credentials without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. Also, if your statement shows EFTs that you did not make, including those made by your Credentials or other means, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the statement was delivered to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods.

  • Electronic Check Conversion/Electronic Returned Check Fees If you pay for purchases or bills with a check or draft, you may authorize your check or draft to be converted to an electronic fund transfer. You may also authorize merchants or other payees to electronically debit your account for returned check fees. You are considered to have authorized these electronic fund transfers if you complete the transaction after being told (orally or by a notice posted or sent to you) that the transfer may be processed electronically or if you sign a written authorization.
