You are considered to have authorized these electronic fund transfers if you complete the transaction after being told (orally or by a notice posted or sent to you) that the transfer may be processed electronically or if you sign a written authorization.

Electronic Check Conversion/Electronic Returned Check Fees. If you pay for something with a check, you may authorize a merchant or other payee to make a one-time electronic payment from your checking account using information from your check to: (1) pay for purchases or (2) pay your bills. When your check is used to initiate an electronic funds transfer in this way, you authorize the funds to be debited from your account as soon as the same day, and your check may not be returned to you. You also authorize a one-time electronic funds transfer to pay a Returned Check/EFT fee or Non-sufficient Funds fee if you have insufficient funds.

Your PIN/Password is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties or recorded. You agree to accept responsibility for protecting the integrity of your PIN/Password. You agree not to disclose or otherwise make your PIN/Password known to anyone not authorized to sign on your accounts. Granting access to your account through use of Web-24 to any non-owner will make you financially liable for all access, losses, or misuse of your account(s) until reported to us. You also agree that we may revoke your Web-24 access at any time without notice to you. Tell us at once if you believe your PIN/Password has been lost or stolen. At the present time, you may use Web-24 to:  Obtain account balances for any of your checking, savings, and loan accounts;  Obtain transaction history for any of your checking, savings, and loan accounts;  Make transfers between any of your checking and savings accounts;  Make your Credit Union loan payments from your checking or savings accounts;  Withdraw funds from your savings account by check to be mailed to you at your address of record;  Review checks that have cleared from your checking account;  Request text messages to notify you of specific activity on your account;  Inquire if a specific check has cleared;  Pay your bills;  Change your personal identification number/password;  Conduct any other transactions permitted by the Credit Union.  Transactions involving your deposit accounts will be subject to the terms and conditions of your account agreement as applicable.  Your accounts can be accessed under Web-24 via personal computer. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction, and there may be limits on the duration of each access.  There is no limit to the number of inquiries you may make in any one day.  The maximum withdrawal or transfer amount is limited to the balance in your account per transaction, and no transfer or withdrawal may exceed the available funds in your account.  See “transfer limitations” that may apply to these transactions.
