Step Placement and Anniversary Dates. A. New Hires: New employees and rehires will be paid at the minimum rate unless the Employer determines that the employee has education and/or experience that justifies a higher rate. The anniversary date for wage increases for new employees will be the date of regular appointment, and the date for rehires will be the most recent date of regular appointment. However, the anniversary date for new employees and rehires will be adjusted to reflect any additional seniority credit such as credit for service in a limited term position in the classification immediately preceding the regular appointment.

  • Anniversary Dates Except as may otherwise be provided for in deep class resolutions, anniversary dates will be set as follows:

  • Increment Dates 1. The increment date shall be the first of the month following the month in which applicable experience accumulation is achieved.

  • Anniversary Date A regular employee’s initial date of current employment with the Employer as a regular employee shall be her anniversary date for the purpose of determining benefits and for the purpose of determining increment anniversary date. (Reference Article 6.05 - Superior Benefits and Article 12.03 - Increments).

  • Anniversary Increments Employees shall advance on the wage grid on their anniversary date in the classification.

  • Increment Date (a) Full-time Employees shall be eligible for increments annually from their date of employment.

  • Effective and Ending Dates This is a multi-year subcontract for 36 months, with an effective date of July 1, 2019. It shall end at midnight, local time in Orlando, Florida, on June 30, 2022.

  • Effective Dates This Letter of Understanding shall take effect for all grievances filed on or after February 1, 2022. This XXX shall expire upon successful ratification of a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to central terms. Should a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to central terms not be successfully ratified, the parties will meet within thirty (30) calendar days of the unsuccessful ratification vote to either extend or terminate this XXX. If this XXX is terminated, the parties agree to move grievances filed under the interim procedure back to the appropriate central or local grievance procedure and to their respective steps in those procedures.

  • Increment Date for Salary Grid Placement Upon achieving one (1) year of experience, an increment shall be awarded on the first of the month following the month in which the experience accumulation is earned.

  • Annual Increments (a) For regular full-time Employees, a one-step increase within the salary range shall become effective as of the first day of April or the first day of October as the case may be. Where the anniversary date of an initial appointment falls between January 1 and June 30, the date of the increment increase will be April 1, and where between July 1 and December 31, the date of the increment increase will be October 1.

  • Effective December 17, 2020, all provisions of this collective agreement shall be read to be gender neutral.
