STAND DOWN OF EMPLOYEES. The employer shall have the right to deduct payment for any day an employee cannot be usefully employed because of any strike or any breakdown in machinery or any stoppage of work through any cause for which the employer cannot reasonably be held responsible. STAND DOWN OF EMPLOYEES. 10.1 The Employer may deduct payment for any time an employee cannot be usefully be employed because of any strike or a union, party to this Agreement, or any other union or through any breakdown of machinery or any stoppage or work for any cause which the Employer cannot be held responsible.
