Sponsorship Package. Sponsor hereby acknowledges and agrees to support CMCC at the sponsorship category selected in Attachment A. CMCC hereby agrees to provide the benefits and services outlined in the selected sponsorship package. CMCC, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the sponsorship benefits without notice to Sponsor so long as such modification does not materially change the nature of the sponsorship benefits outlined in Attachment A.
