Specifications of Work. The Contractor agrees to perform the Specifications of Work as described in Rider A, hereby incorporated by reference. Rider A provides a suite of services offered by the Contractor to the University. As required by the University institutions, the parties will develop jointly specific Services Engagement documents. The required format of this document is detailed in Rider D. The document will be governed by all the terms in this agreement; except that the engagement administrator for purposes of managing the service deliverables may be different than this Agreement Administrator and the term may be different than the term of the agreement but may not extend beyond this Agreement termination date. The Services Engagement document will be fully executed by the parties. Institutions may execute more than one agreement for services to support their needs over the term of this Agreement

Specifications of Work. 1.1 The parties agree that the general scope and results of the Services to be completed by NaviSite shall be developed by CBT and by NaviSite and consist primarily of the day-to-day management of the Data Centers as more fully described on Exhibit B (attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference).
Specifications of Work a) First party shall provide all the necessary teaching guidelines, teaching materials of Vedic Maths to the Second Party. The Second Party has to ensure that Second Party has received sufficient instructions from First Party before teaching. Any objection by the Second Party on the ground of lack of instructions, information or material will not be entertained after commencement of teaching by Second Party to the students of First Party.

Payment: Payment shall be made upon submittal of an electronic invoice to the University by the Contractor on a net 30 basis unless discount terms are offered. In the event there is a discrepancy with the invoice, payment terms shall be effective starting on the date the discrepancy is resolved, for only that portion of the invoice that is disputed. Invoices must include a purchase order number.
Specifications of Work. Contractor’s obligations hereunder are specified in Attachment 4: Description of System and related drawings and plans and any subsequent revisions thereto, as approved by the County. Excluded from the Work are any modifications or alterations to the properties not expressly included within the Work. The requirements of all applicable laws, regulations and codes of federal, state, and local town or city government shall be met at all times. All Work shall be performed in a professional, competent and workmanlike manner.
