Personnel Policies The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4.1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.
BOARD POLICIES The Borrower shall not modify the terms of any policy or resolutions of its board of directors if such modification could reasonably be expected to have or result in a Material Adverse Effect.
General Policies (a) The evaluated job rate arrived at through official evaluation by the Joint Job Evaluation Board will be final and binding upon both parties to the Labour Agreement unless review has been requested as provided in Section 3(a)(ii)(c) or 3(a)(ii)(g). In case of such review the decision of the Job Evaluation Directors or, where appropriate the Independent Review Officer shall be final and binding upon both parties. Where a number of appeals indicate a problem within a job field, the Directors shall refer such problems to the Administrative Committee for final determination.
Responsibility of Dual Directors, Officers and/or Employees If any person who is a manager, partner, officer or employee of the Adviser or the Administrator is or becomes a director, officer and/or employee of the Company and acts as such in any business of the Company, then such manager, partner, officer and/or employee of the Adviser or the Administrator shall be deemed to be acting in such capacity solely for the Company, and not as a manager, partner, officer or employee of the Adviser or the Administrator or under the control or direction of the Adviser or the Administrator, even if paid by the Adviser or the Administrator.
Travel Policy (1) Travel arrangements shall be planned in accordance with the Federal Travel regulations, prescribed by the General Services Administration for travel in the conterminous 48 United States, (hereinafter the FTR) and the Joint Travel Regulation, Volume 2, DoD Civilian Personnel, Appendix A, prescribed by the Department of Defense (hereinafter the JTR).
Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property. Alcohol Policy Residents are required to abide by all New York State and New York University regulations regarding the use of alcohol. In residence halls, persons under the age of 21 may not be in the presence of alcohol or alcoholic beverage containers. Students (including residents and non- residential students), and guests who are of legal drinking age (21 years of age or older) may possess and consume alcoholic beverages (referred herein “alcohol”) within NYU residence halls in accordance with the following:
Vacation and Sick Leave Administration (a) for the purposes of administration of clauses 34.11 and 34.12, where an employee does not work the same number of hours each week, the normal workweek shall be the weekly average calculated on a monthly basis.
Executive Officers The officers of the Trust shall be chosen by the Board of Trustees and shall include a chairman, president, a secretary and a treasurer. The Board of Trustees may, from time to time, elect or appoint a controller, one or more vice presidents, assistant secretaries, assistant treasurers, and assistant controllers. The Board of Trustees, at its discretion, may also appoint a Trustee as senior chairman of the Board of Trustees who shall perform and execute such executive and administrative duties and powers as the Board of Trustees shall from time to time prescribe. The same person may hold two or more offices, except that no person shall be both president and vice president and no officer shall execute, acknowledge or verify any instrument in more than one capacity, if such instrument is required by law, the Declaration of Trust or these By-Laws to be executed, acknowledged or verified by two or more officers.
Personnel Selection Leave 35.6.1 Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process for a position in the Public Service, as defined in the Financial Administration Act, the Council shall grant leave of absence with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Council considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where his presence is so required.
