Special Events and Activities. VLI shall develop and carry out an annual program of special events and activities, which may include such items as street fairs, carnivals, circuses, farmers’ market and other sales and promotional activities. Prior to conducting such events and activities, VLI shall obtain all necessary permits, licenses and approvals.

Special Events and Activities. In connection with any special events or activities within the Whisper Valley Ranch Park, the Park Operations Manager will comply with the Park Rules and the applicable provisions of this Agreement the Master License Agreement. In addition, the Manager will comply with the permitting provisions of Chapter 8-1 of the Code and the Park Rules to the extent such special events and activities are related to public health and safety and no person will be discriminated against or excluded from the use of the Whisper Valley Ranch Park for permissible park purposes. Subject to such provisions, the Park Operations Manager shall be responsible for authorizing, scheduling and coordinating all special events and activities within Whisper Valley Ranch Park in accordance with the conditions and requirements set forth in this Section 6.6.
Special Events and Activities. The Town will retain the right to use the Boathouse for the River Rat Race, Solstice River Fest and Dinner by the River and to permit access to other persons and organizations as necessary for such events. The Town may schedule other special events on or adjacent to the Premises sponsored by third parties with a thirty (30) day advance notice to the Tenant. The Tenant may operate during such a special event.
