Software Support Services Term. Software related Support Services that are ordered at the same time as the license for such Software shall commence on the date of shipment of the physical media or electronic availability of the Software and continue for the period specified on the EMC quote. Renewals of Software related Support Services shall commence and expire in accordance with the dates on the applicable EMC quote.

Software Support Services Term. Support Services for Software and Independent Software that Customer orders at the same time as the license for those items will commence on Delivery and continue for the period specified on the Supplier quote. Unless otherwise specified in the Order, the Fees for such renewal period, or the fees for Support Services for any Customer Perpetual Licensed Software or Customer-owned Hardware, shall be Bastille’s then-current list price.

  • Software Support Services 6.1 The Software Support Services shall comprise:

Whether a Hardware update is mandatory shall be determined by Seller in its sole discretion. Seller shall reschedule Hardware updates to coincide with preventive maintenance visits. If Purchaser requests that such Hardware updates occur at a time or date other than during preventive maintenance visits, Seller may, at its sole discretion, charge Purchaser for any costs and expenses incurred in connection with such Hardware update visit. All updated Hardware and components thereof and Purchaser’s use of the same shall be subject to this Agreement and the Original Terms.

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:
