Signals & Street Lights. Under the coordination of the City’s Project Manager, shall provide services as described below: Assign a signals engineer and street lighting engineer for all work performed under this Agreement, and coordinate all work, budget and information covered under this Agreement with the City’s Project Manager. Review and comment on plans for all traffic signaling devices and other work affecting vehicular, bicycle and pedestrian traffic within City right-of-way. Notify the City’s Project Manager of all required revisions, for forwarding to TriMet. Provide inspection services during construction. Provide necessary staffing and support services to cover the City’s involvement in Transit Signal Priority (TSP) and signal, phasing, timing, and commissioning. Review, require revisions to, and approve plans for all City street lighting facilities, as needed. Notify the City’s Project Manager of all required revisions, for forwarding to TriMet. Participate in the development of construction phasing plans for incorporation into construction documents. Perform traffic signal modifications and signal activation/deactivation as required by TriMet, the City, and/or the Contractor. Support, review and approve design of necessary temporary signal plans, inspect new temporary and permanent signals and provide testing, turn-on services and modifications to signal operations as needed during construction and close-out. Note signal on/off services are requested by TriMet’s contractor and a direct contractor cost responsibility, not covered in the City staff services budget. Complete traffic signal cabinet prints for new and modified signals for use and implementation by the project. Review and approve traffic signal timing plans as needed for construction and for final operation, including timing and operational configuration of major protected intersection designs and new cabinets to be used on the project. Complete scope defined in Exhibit A.F to review and update signal timing and transit priority for the Division Transit Project within Portland.

Provide necessary staffing and support services to cover the City’s involvement in evaluation of Transit Signal Priority (TSP) signal, phasing, and timing. Review, require revisions to, and provide comments on plans for all City street lighting facilities, as needed. Notify the City’s Project Manager of all required revisions, for forwarding to County. Participate in the development of preliminary phasing plans for operations during construction phase. Evaluate proposed traffic signal modifications and signal activation/deactivation as required by County, the City. Evaluate proposed traffic signal modifications and signal activation/deactivation as required by County, the City. Review and provide comments on traffic signal timing plans as needed for preliminary design.

  • Street Lighting 4.4.1 The Developer shall provide streetlights for the entire Subdivision at his sole expense. The type of lighting standard, pole spacing, and installation shall be per Memphis Light, Gas and Water standards. Memphis Light Gas and Water shall bill the City for installation of street lighting per its standards.

A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Originating Switched Access Detail Usage Data A category 1101XX record as defined in the EMI Telcordia Practice BR-010-200- 010.

  • SUBLOOPS 45.1. Sprint will offer unbundled access to copper subloops and subloops for access to multiunit premises wiring. Sprint will consider all requests for access to subloops through the ICB process due to the wide variety of interconnections available and the lack of standards. A written response will be provided to CLEC covering the interconnection time intervals, prices and other information based on the ICB process as set forth in this Agreement.

  • -wire Unbundled Digital/DS0 Loop These are designed 4-wire Loops that may be configured as 64kbps, 56kbps, 19kbps, and other sub-rate speeds associated with digital data services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.
