Phasing Plans definition

Phasing Plans means those certain Development Plans identified in Section 6(a) of this Declaration and annexed hereto as part of Exhibit C.
Phasing Plans means the depot phasing plans as defined in the Building Contract and annexed at Schedule 17.8, as the same may be varied from time to time in accordance with Schedule 12 or Schedule 14 of this Agreement;
Phasing Plans means Drawing no. GPC/VTEG/02 Rev A, Drawing no. GPC/VTEG/03 ReV A, Drawing no. GPC/VTEG/04 Rev A and Drawing no. GPC/VTEG/05 ReV A annexed to this Deed as Annexure 5;
