Street Lighting definition

Street Lighting means street lighting poles, luminaries, conduits, service panels and all wiring.
Street Lighting means one or more luminaires or light installations designed to illuminate a publicprivate roadway or intersection.
Street Lighting means such lamps, brackets, pipes, electric lines and apparatus as may be required for the purposes of street lighting.

  • Prior to the recordation of the final map or issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), street lighting improvement plans shall be submitted for review and the owner shall provide a good faith effort via a ballot process for the formation or annexation of the property within the boundary of the development into a Street Lighting Maintenance Assessment District.

Street Lighting means the lighting for streets within or adjacent to the Community.
Street Lighting means luminaire(s), installed outdoors, and used to illuminate a street or roadway and/or any part of the public right of way including but not limited to, sidewalks, bikeways, alleys, intersections, ramps, underpasses, overpasses, curbs, medians, or shoulders.
