Sick Leave with Full Pay. a. Every employee who is employed full-time for twelve months per year and works five (5) days per week shall be entitled to twelve (12) days leave for personal illness or injury with full pay for each full fiscal year of service. Any employee who works less than full-time, or less than a full fiscal year, shall receive that portion of twelve (12) days as the time worked bears to the time worked by a full-time, full-year employee.
