Sick Leave Pool and Sick Leave Transfer. Employees shall be subject to the conditions, and have full access to the benefits, of the employing agency’s existing sick leave pool and sick leave transfer plan.

The DHSMV shall set up and administer a sick leave pool and sick leave transfer plan for employees if there is sufficient employee participation to render the pool and sick leave transfer plan administratively feasible.
