Sick Leave Death Benefit. ‌ If an employee dies, then all of the employee’s accumulated sick leave shall be paid at the regular hourly rate of pay at the time of the employee’s death. Such payment shall be made to the person named by the employee as beneficiary in the employee’s CITY provided life insurance policy.
