Shiftworkers -Saturday. Sunday work Shiftworkers and workers who are regularly rostered to work ordinary hours on Saturdays and or Sundays will be entitled whilst on annual leave to receive an average of the penalty payments they would have received had they been working in lieu of the allowance provided for at clause 29.6 hereof. Provided that where the average penalty payments are less than the amount which would be payable under clause 29.6 hereof, the employee will be entitled to the higher amount.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, etc If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall not be a Business Day, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding Business Day.
