In the event Tenant introduces into the Premises personnel or equipment, which overloads the capacity of the building system or in any other way interferes with the system's ability to perform adequately its proper functions; supplementary systems may if and as needed at Landlord's option, be provided by Landlord, at Tenant's expense. Tenant shall be permitted to have access to the Building and the parking areas described in Section 2.2, twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, fifty two weeks per year. Landlord shall also cause the Premises to be inspected and exterminated on a regular basis by a reputable, licensed exterminator, and the cost of such exterminator may be included as part of Operating Expenses. An employee who works so much overtime between the termination of the ordinary work on one day and the commencement of the ordinary work on the next day that the employee has not had at least ten consecutive hours off duty between those times shall, subject to clause 21.9 be released after completion of such overtime until the employee has had ten consecutive hours off duty without loss of pay for ordinary working time occurring during such absence.
