SHIFT COMMITTEE. 13.26 The Company and the Union agree that a Shift Committee will be struck, consisting of two (2) Union representatives and two (2) Company representatives. The Shift Committee may request a meeting with the Company to review scheduling / staffing concerns not less than two (2) times annually, and more often as may be agreed by the Shift Committee members. The Shift Committee may suggest an alternate schedule. Should the Shift Committee’s schedule meet the Company’s cost, manpower and scheduling requirements (as determined by the Company), it may be implemented. Failing a suitable alternative, acceptable to the Company, the Company’s schedule will be maintained.

SHIFT COMMITTEE. The Company and the Local Union agree to form a Shift Committee for the purpose of: • Reviewing current production coverage and determining coverage issues. • Determining and recommending changes that will ensure required coverage is met with the appropriate skill requirements. • Implementing the changes determined and reviewing for effectiveness on an on-going basis. The Shift Committee will meet as required to review and resolve any issues that may come up. The Shift Committee will consist of, at a minimum: • An HR Representative • A Local Union Executive Representative • A Union Member Representative from each shift if possible • The Manufacturing Manager or designate LETTERS OF UNDERSTANDING

  • Oversight Committee The Oversight Committee will resolve all issues arising out of the implementation of the wage structure and any unresolved issues arising out of the implementation committee review of the collective agreement and any other agreements between the parties. This committee will be comprised of two (2) senior level representatives from the Company and two (2) senior level representatives from the PWU. Should the Oversight Committee reach an impasse on an issue the matter may be remitted to mediation/arbitration using the same mediator/arbitrator as agreed to in Article 8.4.4.

  • Joint Committee 1. The Contracting Parties shall establish a Joint Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) with a view to accomplishing the objectives of this Agreement. The functions of the Committee shall be:

  • Management Committee The Members shall act collectively through meetings as a "committee of the whole," which is hereby named the "Management Committee." The Management Committee shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the following provisions and the other provisions of this Agreement:

  • Scheduling Committee (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues.

  • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund. A Settling State may elect to use an existing advisory committee or similar entity (created outside of a State-Subdivision Agreement or Allocation Statute); provided, however, the Advisory Committee or similar entity shall meet the following requirements:

  • Study Committee The parties shall utilize the Benefits Advisory Committee, with equal membership by the State and the VSEA, for the purpose of reviewing all issues related to health care and prescription drugs, and recommending changes to the bargaining committees. The parties shall also establish a special study committee to evaluate the current health plans, and make recommendations to the bargaining committees of the State and employees for sustainable savings in the health care plans.

  • Executive Committee (A) The Executive Committee shall be composed of not more than nine members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board.

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.

  • Operating Committee the Consortium’s managing body, composed of representatives of the Manager and the Contractors, pursuant to Annex XI.
