Partner acknowledges that the fulfillment by Xxx.xxx of certain Wholesale Services is subject to oversight by third parties, including, without limitation, the rules, regulations and policies of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN"), the U.S. Department of Commerce, various registry administrators and certain contractual agreements between Xxx.xxx and such registry administrators and other technical service providers (collectively, as they may be amended from time to time, the "Third Party Obligations"). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Xxx.xxx reserves the right to modify the Wholesale Services provided hereunder in order to comply with any such Third Party Obligations.   • Services Provided by Attorneys Any services to be provided by a law firm or attorney must be reviewed and approved in writing in advance by the City Attorney.
