Sensus will Sample Clauses
The 'Sensus will' clause outlines specific obligations or actions that Sensus, as a party to the agreement, is required to perform. Sensus will. Monitor the physical and cyber security of the server and Application(s) 24x7x365 to ensure system is highly secure in accordance with NIST Security Standards.
Sensus will. Implement the data retention plan and policy, and will provide the policy upon request.
Sensus will. 1. Conduct a FlexNet Propagation Study to determine the locations best suited for installation of the FlexNet Base Stations and to ensure proper communications with Endpoints.
2. Provide a Project Manager for a monthly fee as specified in Exhibit C. Additional months of Project Management support may be purchased at the rates specified in Exhibit C.
3. The Sensus Project Manager will coordinate with Customer to develop and maintain a project schedule for the FlexNet deploymen t.
4. The Sensus Project Manager will coordinate between Customer and Sensus personnel to execute the project according to the project schedule.
Sensus will. 1. Integrate the FlexNet RNI with Customer’s Caselle billing system.
2. Integration scope shall include basic meter reading functionality only and does not include optional meter life cycle state integration or on-demand meter reading integration or remote connect/disconnect integration to Customer’s Caselle billing system.
3. Additional integration work not identified in this Statement of Work or in Exhibit C is not included in scope and shall be subject to separate Statement of Work and pricing.
